Our team interactions have been going pretty good so far this week. Our team is motivated to work and finish our assignments. We are also friendly and encouraging when working with each other and like to give each other advice. Sometimes we may get off task but we can easily get each other to get back on task.

A good leader should be able to keep everyone on task and able to work with everyone. The leader should be able to make important decisions and make sure we are going in a good path.  We have established a clear relationship with each other, we all share the same responsibilities and no one takes charge. Meaning, everyone is treated equally and no one is actually higher than others.

The biggest conflicts that we have had to handle so far is making sure everyone is on task. To keep everyone on task, the CEO would sometimes walk around the table and monitor everyone’s screen to make sure we aren’t doing anything else. We would also just tell each other that the person shouldn’t be doing whatever he/she is doing. Some people may not be working efficiently in the team maybe because they don’t really have anything to do. I wouldn’t fire anyone so far because everyone has a part in the company already and everyone is able to do whatever they are assigned to do.

The personalities of the people in my company are very important to me because without the characteristics and personalities of these people, we would be weak in some parts of our company. It is very important that we have friendship throughout our company because we work with these people everyday, building a friendship would make it easier for everyone to work together. It would not be efficient to have one person take charge because then the other people would feel like they are being used as slaves and they don’t have a part in the company. Our team has a strong friendship because we all like working with each other and like to pitch in ideas anytime we want. Some strategies that we would use as the week progresses is just to keep on working like we do everyday. Everyone is having a good time while finishing everything that we are doing.
