Our team interactions have been going pretty smooth, thus far. Our team is very motivated to finish our assignments. Our team communication is getting better and better every day. We give lots of advice to each other, and we encourage each other a lot. Sometimes we have arguments, but they are settled fairly quickly with a small debate.
A good leader works and reasons with his team by helping them take the right road. In our team, the leadership is obvious, but we do keep a system to balance the power. Our team members understand that there has to be a leader to make all the important decisions and keep the company stable. We do have a democracy, which allows the other 3 people to overturn a decision with a vote. Having leadership is necessary, but in the beginning, the team should be equal. Soon, the team can choose a leader.
Conflicts in our group have been managed fairly easily. Each member of the team voices their opinions and the discussion ends with a vote. We try to stay efficient by checking on the person next to you to see if they are on task. We wouldn’t have fired anyone because each person plays a very important role on this team so if we fired someone, we wouldn’t be able to make progress.
Our team members’ personalities are very important to the progress of our product. For example, if a person is not being very positive, the whole team will be affected and we will have a bad day. Sometimes friends in your team can not be very good for your friendship because it may become ruined by an argument. Our team communicates a lot and we are all satisfied with each other. For the next couple of weeks, we will split the work and work on it for the week. This will help us become very efficient and finish the task quicker.
